How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, add
the items you need to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also
place orders over the phone with one of our customer service representatives or

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always FREE on our site to all of the
continental US. No qualifications needed! (see terms for local delivered
pricing in our truck)

When will my order ship?

We process orders the same day Mon-Sat if ordered before
3:30PM EST. Tracking will be provided when the label prints in our warehouse
and will receive a scan from our carrier that evening.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this
information to track your order's delivery status online.

My tracking indicates that the order has been delivered, but it's not complete. What should I do?

It is common for many of our orders to be shipped in
multiple packages. We recommend using the tracking information provided and
inputting it into the UPS website. This will display multiple packages
associated with your order and their respective transit statuses.

When will my order arrive?

Once tracking is updated that day you will receive an estimated delivery date from UPS. Please check out shipping and delivery page for map estimates.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please
contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your shipment to
arrange for a return or exchange. If Shipping Depot is at fault we will arrange
for free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for any return
shipping charges.

Are discounts available?

Yes, we have a tiered pricing program available to
customers spending over $2k per mixed order. Please contact our sales team for
more information on pricing and discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also accept PayPal
for secure online payments.

Do you accept tax exemption certificates?

If your business qualifies for a tax exemption, a
properly completed exemption certificate must be submitted to our team Once we have received your exemption certificate(s),
your account will be updated within one business day.
